DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?
As a general rule our clothes fit true to size, if you usually wear a medium then we'd suggest sticking with medium. If you require a more in depth sizing guide please see our size guide tab at the bottom of the home page.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
To return an item please fill in the included returns sheet that arrives with your order. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product we will refund you the cost of the product minus the original shipping charges unless the item is faulty or a due to a mistake by us.
MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW SIZE?
If the product doesn’t fit you, then please arrange for it to be returned to the following address - NUEVO CLUB RETURNS, UNIT 27A, PILLINGS ROAD, OAKHAM, LE15 6QF. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product we will issue you with a different size where available or a refund to the cost of your items. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or a mistake by us.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately we are unable to alter any orders once they have been placed. If you would like to change your order we recommend placing a new order and returning the original order to us using the returns process.
CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse the cost of discount codes once the order has been placed. Please make sure to add the code before placing the order being careful to remember that the codes often have an expiry date.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
We use DPD as our shipping courier for all orders placed within the UK and we use Royal Mail for the Rest of the World. You will receive an email with the tracking information. In most cases UK orders are delivered next day and Rest of the World within 5 days. If you have any problems tracking your order please contact us for more information.
We can NOT be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place or changed to a different address which it was ordered under.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it as it has entered our system for dispatch. We would recommend returning the item once it arrives following the returns process.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT CAN I DO?
In the event that the product is faulty or defective for whatever reason, please contact via the contact form at the bottom of the page with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the defect, and where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Please do not send the product back before we have authorised you to do so.
